“FukuBurger’s Colin Fukunaga and Tao Group’s Marc Marrone take their culinary vision to a new rooftop restaurant, headed to 201 Las Vegas Blvd. S. Fukunaga tells Eater Vegas that he can’t reveal the cuisine quite yet, but it will be something different from the Japanese burgers of FukuBurger and the pan-Asian fare at Tao.”
