Fun House: Pinball Hall of Fame

If you’re a Pinball Wizard, you’re in luck. Did you know about The Pinball Hall of Fame? It’s 20 minutes south of The Strip and hosts over 10,000 square feet of pinball machines from the 1930s and up – and you can play all of them. Grab a pint at the nearby Crown and Anchor before or after stacking your quarters. They have a great outdoor patio and British pub menu.

The Pinball Hall of Fame is low key and a no frills pinball museum; no bright lights, no smoke and mirrors and no one trying to up sell you on a good time. Entry is free and they are open seven days a week.

The Pinball Hall of Fame (PHoF) offers hundreds pinball games in 10,000 square feet of space. The PHoF is a non profit organization and brainchild of Tim Arnold, a pinball fanatic from Lansing, MIchigan. In the mid 90s he relocated to Las Vegas and moved over 1000 games with him over the course of two years.

After relocating his games Tim Arnold started hosting local Pinball Fun Parties. He donated proceeds from these evenings to local charities. As the popularity of these events grew, he ended up finding space at the current location of 1610 E Tropicana Ave, accommodating the games and growing pinball fan base.
