For amazing All You Can Eat sushi and Japanese food Yama Sushi is another worthy strip mall in Eastside, Las Vegas. Yama Sushi offers an excellent and creative menu; names like One Minute Man and Happy Ending are hard to forget when you’re picking your rolls. In the last few years, they’ve expanded to accommodate a large loyal customer base. You’ll be waiting in line if you go during prime dinner hours, especially on the weekend, I recommend getting their early though this spot is worth the wait.
